The sword is in full mount. Fuchi/Kashira
are matching with bird, fish and
water motif. Iron signed tsuba
(maker is unknown). Menuki are a
kind of floral motif. The ribbed
saya is in pretty fair shape for its
age but with some dings and light
splitting (not falling apart, see
photo).

piece missing from one side, it can
be sen in the photo showing the
habaki.

Nice wakizashi in mounts and good
polish in overall pretty good
condition. With some light scratches
and some very light scuffing. The
sword shows off a stunning itame
hada and an active midare hamon with
a lot of nie. There are a few small
thin ware in the shinogi ji and one
in the ji surface (non fatal). No
fatal flaws.
This is a very well made and eye
pleasing sword. On the mune (spine)
there are a few nicks along the
back. They were hard to photograph
because they are thin and small.
